As the biggest communication challenge, I generally consider the importance of creating as interesting digital content as possible, in the context of foreign policy, which will be able to communicate the message to end users. By creating creative content, we responsibly raise quality and establish standards that can be applied to all forms of communication from the media, politics to public diplomacy. By raising the quality, we raise both the topic and the potential discussion to a certain level. As the biggest communication challenge I would highlight the work, let’s call it, the project of the first Croatian presidency of the EU, from technical, logistical preparation, coordination and sharing experiences with our colleagues from EU countries that presided before us to creating communication and cultural activities, and, most importantly, the reactions and numbers we achieved after six months.
